I am saddened to report the following death.
George DaSilva passed away on Sunday, Novemver 24. George was married to Antonietta Mastrella, daughter of Giuseppina Mastrella. The funeral home is called MCDOUGALL & BROWN located at 1812 Eglinton West in Toronto (Dufferin & Eglinton is the main interection). Visiting hours start tomorrow, November 28 at 6:00pm to 9:00pm and then Friday at 2:00pm to 4:00pm. and again at 06:00pm. The funeral mass is at St. Matthews Church, 706 Old Weston Rd. Toronto on Sat. Nov/30 at 09:00am. The cemetery is at Prospect Cemetery. Our deepest symathies and prayers to family and friends.

Today is Rememberance Day. May all the soldiers who lost their lives in war rest in peace. Let us pray for the day when we have no more wars.
On a happier note, I want to announce the marriage of Sebastiano Alan Lippa to Sally Margaret Rudolf. They were married in Vancouver on June 15, 2002 which was Father's day in Ontario and the day we celebrated the Feast of St. Anthony at Marylake. Sebastiano is son to Domenicantonio Lippa & Nora Dignan who live in Newfoundland. Sally is daughter to Alan & Alberta Rudolf. GOD BLESS SEBASTIANO & SALLY and Congratulations!
